Hello aspirants, a single MCQ Examination which is known as Joint CSIR UGC NET for the Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) NET and appointment for Lecturer (NET) conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Human Resource Development (HRD) Group twice a year in the month of June and December. The examination is conducted for following five different subjects:
The first section is common for all. The second section contains subject related MCQs while the third section comprises analytical questions of higher concepts.

- Mathematical Sciences
- Chemical Sciences
- Physical Sciences
Aspirants can download and read the CSIR UGC NET Question Papers with the official answer keys. The NET Question Paper has 75 questions and all the questions are of multiple choice, objective type.
